Senior Assembly Process Engineer

Senior Assembly Process Engineer (two-year contract)
Overview: Process engineers are responsible for industrialization process for assembly lines. They devise efficient systems that integrate workers, machines, materials, information, and energy to make a product.
Key Activities:
- Design and define line concepts
- Implement assembly lines in production
- Generate the line /machine specifications in accordance to requested cycle time, quality requirements and budget
- Generate timing / specific project documentation in accordance to internal rules
- Generate process flow and initial work instructions to train the operators and line responsible persons after line installation
- Organizing the process flow in order to achieve forecasted cycle time
- Responsible to implement project/product related changes in production line during industrialization phase
- Responsible for supplier progress during industrialization phase
- Responsible for implementation of Lean solutions in the line
- Define the preventive maintenance requirements and instructions after line installation
- Monitoring the progress of the Die-casting / Moulding tools required for the project
Desired Profile:
- University Degree (technical profile)
- Minimum 2 year experience on similar position
- Team player with an open minded attitude
- Self-efficient and organized in prioritizing tasks and projects
- Strong communicator both written and verbal in English and native language (German knowledge is an advantage)
