OVERVIEW: Huf is specialized in the production of high quality electronics for the automotive industry such as circuit boards and control units for doors, tailgates, sliding doors, roofs, steering column locks, remote keys and telematic boxes. Electronics Assembly Coordinator will supervise the assembly processes for electronics products in our Production Plant from Arad.

KEY ACTIVITIES:

  • Developing electronics assembly process management flow
  • Complete operations by developing schedules, assigning and monitoring work gathering essential resources
  • Implementing productivity standards and resolving operation problems
  • Monitor machine efficiency and manpower utilization to the production plan in each process to make efficiency and optimized cost
  • Responsible for process improvement of all products under mass production for electronics assembly process
  • Plan, monitor and appraise job results
  • Maintains a safe and healthy work environment while providing quality service by enforcing quality standards

 DESIRED PROFILE:

  • University degree in engineering
  • At least 3 years of experience in a similar position
  • Deep knowledge of electronics (. circuit board assembly, wave soldering process)
  • English – speaking and writing advanced level
  • Ability  to coordinate production planning, manpower and material arrangements
  • Very good organizational  and problem solving skills
  • Very good communication skills
