Key Activities:

  • Responsible for the implementation and application of the Quality Management System in the designated area of responsibility
  • Resonsible for Quality Management of electronic and mechatronic products
  • Responsible for daily, monthly and yearly analysis of the scrap figures and corrective actions
  • Complaint management 0-km and field failures at internal, customer and supplier level
  • Customer portal monitoring, including serial production and warranties
  • Technical analysis of non-conforming products internal and customer rejects
  • Problem solving and root cause analysis in cross-functional and multi-national teams
  • Definition, implementation, and monitoring of short and long term corrective actions
  • Planning and execution of process/product audits internal and external
  • Communication to internal and external business partners
  • Issue work instructions for procedures in the designated area of responsibility
  • Manage lessons learned process in the designated area

Desired Profile:

  • University degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering / Mechatronics
  • More than 3 year experience in a similar position
  • Knowledge of specific manufacturing and test processes
  • Very good skills in QM methods and tools (FMEA, Control Plan, 8D, Ishikawa, 5 Why, PPAP)
  • VDA 6 auditor skills and IATF 16949 knowledge
  • Good skills in MS Office and knowledge of ERP and MES systems
  • Strong communicator both written and verbal in English
  • Self-efficient and organized in prioritizing tasks and projects
