Wellness Manager

Romania

 

Wellness Manager works as a driver for all local Wellness initiatives by keeping Wellness on the agenda in the everyday business together with key wellness stakeholders in the local organization

(Marketing Director & Sales Director).

His/her priority is to increase number of active Wellness consultants, secure that Wellness category reaches planned sales and profitability targets and to make sure that the staff and sales force is trained and motivated to sell the Wellness category.

 

Responsibilities

  • Secure the Wellness category reaches planned sales by planning and execution of actions in the Wellness category
  • Participate in development of the Commercial Calendar for market and sales and marketing campaigns
  • Participates in creating and developing local training sessions and Global/Regional Wellness training materials
  • Ensure all updates of tools are implemented and all guidelines are followed
  • Active cooperation with Global Wellness team and best practice sharing from other markets
  • Support sales company and consultants with all questions or issues; being an expert in Wellness category
  • Monitoring competition on market

 

What we are looking for:

  • University degree Bachelor or Master
  • Experience from medical company or supplements company
  • Previous career within sales of nutritional supplements is a plus
  • User experience of Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
  • Fluent in written and spoken English & Romanian
  • Driving license cat. B
  • Great public speaking and presenting skills
  • Achievement orientation and negotiations skills
  • Easiness in working with data and reports
  • Ability to organize own work in effective manner
