Responsibilities

Building and management relationship with internal Luxoft clients (Delivery and Cost Centers) worldwide;
Training advisory for Delivery Managers/Directors, understanding their business development strategy and requirements and mapping them into the training strategy/needs on various time horizons ;
Training demand collection and direct training requests management ;
Organizing Customized and new technologies training sessions by internal and external providers ;
Managing relationship and project work of training providers .

Mandatory Skills

Training organization or project management ;
Relationship management ;
Business development - understanding rules and principles ;
Team work ;
Good business communication.

Nice-to-Have Skills

Strategy awareness ;
High level knowledge on main modern software-related technologies.
