Department Description:
Oracle Utilities Global Business Unit (UGBU) Enablement team is responsible in creating and delivering valuable, comprehensive and scalable learning solutions across all lines of business that drive increased revenue to Oracle in the Utilities sector: Water, Gaz and Electricity.
Additionally to the enablement function, The UGBU Enablement team is responsible for communications, internal Cross- LOB programs.
Brief Description:
- Responsible for planning and managing learning plan implementations on Oracle methodologies or product/solutions based on needs to the designated personnel.
- Ensures successful planning and delivery of learning engagements (online and Bootcamps) with a high level of satisfaction.
- Responsible for planning, managing and following thru on internal initiatives across lines of business.
- Develop relationships with key stakeholders to help organize business priorities and achieve the desired results.
Detailed Description:
- Monitor the entire project management process and include detailed estimates, planning, deliverables, resources, risks, issues and dependencies according to Oracle’s quality standards.
- Manage Communication with stakeholders and various teams resulting into a beneficial adoption of enablement strategic initiatives by designing and managing specific internal and external communication campaigns via newsletters, websites acting as a single point of contact.
- Understand the strategic direction of a broad spectrum of stakeholders as it relates to the UGBU’s strategy and solutions and map a proactive enablement plan that meets their needs.
- Participate in regional enablement events as needed and support engagement initiatives and programs.
- Drive planning, assignment and consumption of required and recommended trainings, providing reports in a timely manner to management.
- Drive internal accreditation and certification programs from inception to execution.
- Coordinate enablement cross-LOB initiatives
- Setting, communicating and maintaining timelines and priorities on every project
- Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently

- Outstanding organizational and project management skills - Preferred PMI Certified
- Create a project plan, maintain it and report back on it
- Driven, pro-active self starter
- Experience working in a global team environment is preferred
- Typically, 3 years’ experience in a similar role preferred
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience.
