Trade Marketing Trainee – Consumer Health (6 months, external part-time contract)

Your Tasks And Responsibilities
  • Check the accuracy of contract data
  • Maintain sales team relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters
  • Maintain third party relationships by serving as a single point of contact for contractual matters
  • Record keeping for all contracts related correspondence and documentation
  • Provide contract related issue resolution, internally and externally
  • Monitor and complete contract close-out, extension or renewal, as appropriate
  • Coordinate and track all marketing materials deliveries in the field on time with quality / day to day operations related to marketing materials deliveries and stocks
Who You Are
  • University degree or student in the last year
  • MS Office – proficiency level;
  • Attention to details, analytical thinking
  • Very good command of English;
  • Focus on Customer Needs;
  • Ethics and professional integrity;
  • Team – player attitude;
  • Initiative spirit and proactive mindset;
