Location: Bucharest, Romania
Position Purpose

• Manage multiple services delivery, managed service, support services team or implementation oriented client projects.
• Responsible for projects delivery, client satisfaction and project profitability across a range projects and clients.
• Manage a team or acts in the capacity of Technical, Project Management and/or as Business Analysis resource.
• Contribute to new business development and maintains and strengthens client base.
• Identify new business application and partners to develop or enhance current portfolio.
• Reporting to Country Manager.
  
  

Accountability

• Manage delivery and post-implementation services teams.
• Support and manage commercial teams in cost estimates, solution definition, proposal and client negotiations.
• Develop project plan and leads project to successful completion.
• Serve as a key point of contact/trusted advisor for client and/or internal commercial stakeholders.
• Provide high level input to, and ensure the development of client reports and presentations and deliver all or significant portions of findings to client.
• Identify innovative ways of delivering technology/service based solutions to meet client challenges in the pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences industry.
• Proactively continue to strengthen their own subject matter expertise, as well as that of the team.
• Responsible for team members development by proactively mentor, coach and share subject matter expertise.
  
  

Required Education And Experience

• Bachelor's degree with 5 years of related experience in consulting or services delivery, ideally in pharmaceutical/healthcare/life sciences sector.
• Excellent project management skills, client influencing and relationship building skills.
• Previous experience building or managing a technology delivery team within a commercial services environment.
• Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycle.
