Technical Team Lead - Web development

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the development team (6-8 software developers and QA engineers)
• Lead the Scrum Ceremonies(Planning, Daily Standup, Retrospective, Backlog Grooming)
• Drive the development for a large scale distributed web application
• Contribute to core components
• Provide support and coaching for the team members
• Participate on the recruiting process

 Requirements:

              Must have:

• Prior experience in similar positions
• Solid experience in architecting and development of large scale web applications
• Strong experience with web technology stacks (PHP, Javascript preferred)
• The ability to switch between different technologies and stacks
• Extensive experience in developing complex cross-technology services

             Strong points:

• Experience with PHP, Javascript and Node.Js
• Experience with MongoDB or other NoSql database
• Experience on exposing or integrating public APIs (SOAP, REST)
• Experience with hypervisor based virtualization technologies(Xen, Kvm, VMware)
