Product Owner for Data Science & ML

Responsibilities:

·       Own and execute successfully parts of the roadmap for our Advanced Analytics portfolio

·       Manage projects from idea to production roll-out in an agile environment

·       Translate cross function and stakeholders feedback into clearly defined requirements

·       Work and talk with Data Warehouse Developers, Data Engineers, Data Scientists, Data Analysts, your fellow Product Managers and pretty much everyone in the company

·       Make the best use of data by identifying new insights

·       Identify opportunities of improvement on existing Data Science products and services

·       Provide feedback and input for peers from Advanced Analytics, Product Management team

Requirements:

·       Technical background which means a BA or BS in Computer Science or a related technical field is required. A Master degree in Statistics or Data Science would be nice

·       You need to have good working experience with large data projects and different people

·       Prior experience in using a Data Lake for data science projects

·       Prior experience in designing and implementing data cleaning techniques

·       Experience using regression, decision trees, neural nets, SVM on large datasets (one or 2 of them)

·       Strong project and time management skills

·       Keen eye for details while understanding customer needs and translate them into stories and flows

·       Ability to learn a lot and adapt while everything is changing fast

·       Be organized and analytical.

·       Able to establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships at all levels.

·       Proficient in English
