The CBG (Consumer Business Group) is hiring! We are looking for a Technical Support specialist to cover the following tasks:

• Technical support for service center, service supply repair team, operator customer about Mobile phone and tablet

• Training for the repair technicians and hotline agency

• Set up and implement the technical regulations in service supply

• Monitor the production technical issues and solve the technical problems under the support from R&D

• Improve the repair success rate with good quality

 

Education background

Bachelor or higher degree in Electrical Engineering, Communication Engineering or Computer Engineering or related commerce or science discipline;

 

Professional knowledge

• Advanced MS Office skills: Word, Excel (lookup functions, pivots), PowerPoint, Outlook

• Reporting and analysis knowledge

 

Professional skills

• Patience and high attention to details are required

• Proven ability to handle and comply with multiple procedures

• Well organized, accurate and meticulous person, able to work mostly independently

 

Languages:

• Advanced English language knowledge required.
