System Analyst

Looking at your daily tasks:

• Analyzing requirements for different business divisions (Financial, Marketing, Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service etc)
• Creating functional specifications
• Offering support to the development teams (CRM, Billing, Reporting, ERP and Online)
• Participating in the testing phases to validate the deliveries before production
• Mentoring for the new team members
• Produces technical documentation for selection processes: requesting for quotation, requesting information, evaluating criteria matrix, integrating plans, knowledge transfer documents, and so on
• Develops solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow solutions.
• Controls solution by establishing specifications; coordinating production with programmers.
• Validates results by testing programs.
• Ensures operation by training client personnel; providing support.
• Provides reference by writing documentation.
• Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

• Ability to communicate functional level details to solution developers – to support transition, translation and development.
  
• Ability to quickly troubleshoot and establish functional issues in production, solution testing, etc.
  

What would help you to know:

• Knowledge about development, configuration and installation of technological systems.
• Basic SQL knowledge and experience in one of the following data base systems: Oracle, MySQL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.
