We are looking for a seasoned financial executive who can take strategic direction from C-Level and translate it into effective and actionable plans.

This will happen in a fast-paced environment, where you will be required to make constant productivity improvements to financial processes, while integrating a newly acquired company every week into our operating model. You will also have to lead a massive Netsuite migration initiative, from our legacy systems and ERP. You will have a world-class, top-talent team of finance professionals to support you. Your Key Responsibilities Include
  • Manage a Finance organization structured around remote virtual teams. Lead VPs of Finance located in different time zones, and align goals and priorities in a non-traditional working environment
  • Set weekly goals and lead weekly performance reviews, goal tracking, and quarterly budgets
  • Drive productivity and improvements through deep-diving and innovating across finance teams who specialize in FP&A and Controlling, Finance IT Systems and Data Imports, GL Audits using US GAAP
  • Operations including Treasury and Tax, and Acquisitions
  • Lead Financial M&A integration projects and drive constant transformation in financial teams
  • Deep dive into issues as necessary,showing your ability to resolve detailed problems while maintaining a high-level overview
  • Consistently deliver results, working with the top 1% of talent from around the world, recruited through or own platform
  • Focus on process improvement, productivity, automation and ensuring timeliness and accuracy of portfolio company financial statements
  • Lead a massive migration initiative into Oracle’s Netsuite 1, from legacy ERPs and inhouse systems.

Requirements
  • A relevant university degree plus either CPA (or equivalent professional certification) or MBA
  • 15+ years of US GAAP / IFRS experience in a senior financial management position of a company with international operations
  • 5+ years experience of proficiently managing teams of 100+ finance professionals
  • Previous responsibility for at least $500 million (annualized) turnover, preferably in a software or IT company
  • A successful track record as the CFO or SVP of Finance for a business division, preferably in a software or IT company
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Experience managing a complex group audit - Big 4 or client side
  • ASC 606 implementation experience a bonus
  • M&A accounting and finance experience, including complex multi-currency consolidations
  • Extensive experience with large-scale ERP systems - Netsuite and/or Intacct a bonus
  • Proven team leader with the ability to work to tight deadlines in a fast-paced and multi-cultural environment
