Job Description

Wyser is the international company within Gi Group in charge of searching for and selecting specialized middle and senior management
Role
  • In charge of Supply Operations of Coty Consumer Beauty in Romania/Hungary/Bulgaria ( 50 mln $ Net revenue yearly)
  • Create and execute supply chain policy in the above region
  • Lead customer service team
  • Develop logistics collaboration with top customers
  • Improve customer service experience, create engaged customers and facilitate organic growth by tight cooperation with commercial teams
  • Take ownership of customers issues and follow problems through to resolution
  • Responsible for warehousing and transportation activities in the region
  • Adhere to and manage the approved budget
  • Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports
Leadership
  • Keep and robust customer-centric approach in the team
  • Motivate and manage the team to deliver best possible results as well as keep wide perspective on business goals
KPIs
  • Logistics costs including whole warehousing and transportation cost ( direct management)
  • Customer Service Level /On time deliveries
Profile
  • University degree
  • Minimum of 10 years total professional experience with 3 + years of experience on similar position
  • Leadership skills
  • Career development in one of the FMCG or Retail
  • DC (Distribution Center) management history is a must have
  • Hungarian language knowledge would be an advantage
