Staffing Operations Team Leader (m/f)

Hays has a current requirement for an experienced Staffing Operations Team Leader, based in Bucharest, who will be accountable for overall performance of a number of business units within a high profile RPO service for one of our main Global Clients.

Your new responsibilities:

• Accountable for operational staffing delivery into specific business units with a high profile RPO account.
• Operational management of recruitment partners and sourcing partners working on positions in these business units.
• Responsible for achieving account KPIs via management of RP and SP performance on defined KPIs in these specific Countries
• Evaluation of sourcing tools and management of the sourcing partners to ensure Hays can attract a wide variety of candidate profiles for our client
• Direct contact with senior client stakeholders to evaluate and enhance delivery
• Proactive approach to driving operational efficiency including robust management of E2E requisition process with staffing team and business / HR stakeholders
• Regular review of RP and SP achievements via analysis of KPIs, daily operational activities and structured appraisal system
• Responsible for conducting requisition review calls on weekly basis to discuss and recommend input needed to fill open requisitions
• High focus on data integrity to ensure that the ATS is kept up to date in real time.
• Close liaison with the HTS account leadership to ensure operational excellence in designated area

• A proven track record  of delivering results  at an experienced level within a client services environment
• Experience of outsourced recruitment solutions, extensive knowledge of sourcing channels and new trends & innovations in this area
• Experience of leading teams and managing performance
• Experience of operating and exceeding in target driven environments
