Sr Product Manager – Adobe Experience Manager

As Senior Product Manager for Adobe Experience Manager, you will be responsible for defining the vision, developing the strategy and product roadmap, and work with the engineering teams to deliver the best user interfaces for our customers. Your role will consist of both prioritizing customer feedback to enhance the current user interfaces, and in working with our Experience Design group to envision the user interfaces of the future. Adobe Experience Manager can be used and will power engaging experiences on myriad of platforms across desktop, iOS, Android mobile devices. Major corporations use our end-to-end solution to build brand engagement and loyalty, drive conversion, and provide post-sales support. The Sr Product Manager serves as a product champion by deeply understanding customer requirements and market landscape and then evangelizes these requirements and objectives with multiple teams across Adobe.

Responsibilities

• Lead product planning from definition of product strategy and roadmap all the way through to product execution.
• Define product requirements and use cases based on input from customers, the field and surveying the market/competitive landscape.
• Responsible for holistic ownership of the product, engaging with diverse stakeholders – sales, marketing, services, operations, support, documentation, engineering - to provide the best customer journey.
• Manage product by setting investment priorities, ensuring cross-team communication, and shepherding the Agile SCRUM software development process with engineering.
• Closely partner with product marketing to develop outbound marketing resources and present as thought leader at webinars, industry events and analyst briefings.
• Serve as critical domain expert to help the field win strategic sales deals, retain high-value customer renewals, and resolve escalations through intimate understanding of customer needs.
• Drive field enablement activities, including the creation and delivery of presentation materials, demo assets and scripts, and webinars.
• Proactively identify, prioritize and drive resolution to product issues.
  
  

Requirements

• Passion for and experience with designing engaging web-based user interfaces and for experience design in general
• Good understanding of the Web accessibility standards and what it takes to create powerful and engaging user interfaces
• Experience in persona-driven definition of usage scenarios, user stories and the whole agile methodology
• Self-starter with proven ability to successfully kick-start new initiatives and to drive complex issues through analysis and resolution.
• Skilled at the art of influencing without explicit authority.
• Excellent written and communication skills - equally able to talk to engineers, senior executives, and customers.
• Strong analytic skills and ability to evaluate alternatives and make compelling recommendations based on solid business case analysis.
• Able to easily transition between high level strategy to day-to-day implementation.
• Results driven, attention to detail and follow-through.
• MBA or BA/BS with minimum of 5-7 years product management or equivalent experience.
