Sourcing Buyer

Job purpose: Manages the commercial purchasing contracts – internal procurements and contracts which are related to marketing and consulting area.

Responsibilities:

• Identifies new suppliers/producers according with the business needs.
• Manage external suppliers portfolio.
• Manage the contracting flow from internal request up to conclude the contract, according with internal procedures.
• Maintain the relation with approved suppliers to obtain price, specifications and delivery information.
• Responsible for all corresponding steps in Contract Negotiation, Approval and Signing process; develops, implements and manages the sourcing contracts on a specific category.
• Prepares and follow the addendums of contracts and follow their annexation to agreed contracts to insure the legal bases.
• Provide and maintain accurate and current weekly status reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree required.
• At least 3 years of experience in Procurement or Sales field.
• Previous experience in the acquisition of Marketing and Consulting Services is considered a plus.
• Working knowledge of MS Office.
• Proficient command of English.
• Ability to plan, organize and prioritize.
• Analytical thinking and very good negotiating skills.
