IQVIA has an exciting opening for a Solution Configuration Specialist!

Solution Configuration Specialist is responsible for maintaining and customizing IQVIA's proprietary application for existing and new clients, together with a team of other specialists. He or she is the one who defines all the customers’ parameters in the system and manages different customer setup requests.

This is a great role for a technical candidate with Excel skills looking for growth and development within a unique company, a leader and innovator within its industry, Human Data Science.

Keen interest for further career development in the area of business intelligence constitutes an advantage.

MISSIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Analyze the customer’s requirements and ensure that the setup is delivered on time, follows high quality standards and meets the customer’s expectations.
• Ensure relationships and communications with the assigned customers.
• Assist one or several customers and is in charge of the setup within an assigned group of customers.
• Develop and enhance knowledge in relevant fields at all time.
• Report to the Project Manager about setup follow-up in the agreed format and within deadlines.
• Analyze each customer’s problems and suggest, together with the Account Manager or Project Manager and the relevant Corporate Team, alternative solutions to meet the customers’ needs.
• Keep full documentation of carried out tasks (Customers files).
• Carry out data extraction on request, to meet the customers’ expectations.
• Reporting directly to Project Manager from Professional Services/Technology Solutions.

SKILLS AND PROFILE we are looking for:

• Microsoft Office suite including advanced Excel knowledge    
• Basic Transact-SQL queries
• Customer service skills
• Technical person
• Team work
• Attention to details
• Fast learner
• English (mandatory)
• Knowledge of pharma industry is an advantage :)
• Business Intelligence skills also an advantage :)
