Job description


·         Manages the SME clients acquisition portfolio jointly with the regional managers, branch managers and SME relationship managers;

·         Manages and coordinates the SME sales process and follows up the SME sales force performance within the coordinated regions;

·         Continuously monitors the achievement of the budgetary objectives allocated for the coordinated regions and performs the necessary actions in order to accomplish them;

·         Performs the necessary actions in order correlate the coordinated SME portfolio performance with the strategic quality, compliance and profitability objectives;

·         Coordinates the implementation of the centralized designed sales management strategy and SME campaigns, and monitors the specific minimum settled objectives fulfillment. 


Job requirements


          Experience:


·         coordinate teams at regional or branch level;

·         manage and grow legal entities portfolios;

·         structure financing solutions addressed to legal entities;

·         negotiate and sales of the current account or financing approved solutions.

 

          Knowledge of:


·         local market SME banking products;

          University degree;

·         english – advanced level;

·         financial analysis;

·         B category driving license.
