General Purpose

To support Nokia product and system solutions sales and marketing in a specific technology area with defined customers and/or prospects.

Main Responsibility Area

Sales and marketing support in product and solutions level. Expertise and demonstrated competence in own sales and technology area, supporting others. Understanding client needs, identifying solutions to non- standard queries; actively creating business opportunities. Understanding internal/external business issues.

Job Description
  • Understand Care Services requirements in customer tenders (Request for Proposals i.e. RFPs) and define Services scope.
  • Prepare Care Services sales proposal as response to customer tenders.
  • Initiates service kick off & interfaces with Market Service Solution Manager, Renewal Lead, Account Manager etc.
  • Define and document technical customer solution, respond to technical sections of tenders, and prepare costing/pricing.
  • Develop key contact and relationship with the Global Services Care Business unit and Services Sales/Solution managers in various regions.
  • Provide Sales Support to Regional Solution Managers and Customer Teams as member of Global Sales Support (GSS).
  • Provide standard solutions and offer material (Statement of Compliance, Services Costing, Standard Pricing, and Service Description).
  • Proactively develop, customize and industrialize market specific solutions and costing.
  • Build competitive Benchmarking of the solution along with cost benchmarking and risk/mitigation plan.
  • Ensure the concept of Smart Tendering during bids.
  • Understanding client/operator needs & matching them with Nokia Networks products/systems/services and translating solutions to provide clear customer value and benefits

Requirements
  • Customer Business Understanding Languages
  • English (business fluent)
  • French, German or Polish language added advantage
  • Good understanding of Telecom Technologies (Wireless, Wire line, IP, Optics& Applications)
  • Clear concept of Support Services
  • Good Understanding of Nokia Network’s Care Portfolio

  • Willing to relocate to Timisoara (Romania)
