Responsibilities
  • Develop continuously User needs researches
  • Work closely with product team to identify research topics
  • Find solutions to complex design roadblocks
  • Help making and improving wireframes
  • Promoting the importance of user research, both when product is designed and after deployment
  • Identify and understand (as good as possible) our users
  • Information architecture
  • Design studies that address both user behavior and attitudes
