The Ideal Candidate
  • Studies: Master’s Degree in Law;
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years legal practice; minimum 3 years in Labor Law aria would be an advantage;
  • Qualifications: Solid knowledge of labor law and related tax issues, data protection, civil and commercial legislation;
  • Skills: Fluency in written and spoken English is a must (including experience in legal drafting & terminology and business presentation);
  • Highly developed communication skills such as persuasion, assertiveness, tact and diplomacy;
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new business environment;
  • Flexibility and multitasking focused on problem solving and meeting deadlines;
  • Committed team player, at ease in a highly dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

  • Provides legal assistance and advice to the stakeholders on legal matters related to work relations, especially with regards to the company’s obligations and liabilities under the labor legislation, collective agreement and internal rules;
  • Monitors and informs continuously the stakeholders on the legislative projects and legislation in force, identifying the legal requirements according to the specific area related to company’s activity while supporting the stakeholders to be compliant with such legislation;
  • Drafts, implements and monitors the enforcement of the company’s policies & procedures applicable in work relations, in accordance with the internal rules, collective agreement and the applicable legislation;
  • Drafts, reviews and monitors the enforcement of the company’s standard documents related to and in accordance with the labor legislation;
  • Revises and drafts any other legal documents used by the HR department (service contracts, addenda, notifications, etc.);
  • Pro-actively identifies potential legal risks related to work relations and reports them to superiors & stakeholders;
  • Participates in the disciplinary investigations and drafts, reviews & validates all the documents related to the process;
  • Assists the management during the collective negotiations;
  • Advises on any kind of disputes regarding work relations and involves in their mediation;
  • Identifies and monitors the conflicts of interest;
  • Represents the company in relation with the external bodies (authorities . ITM);
  • Periodically reports on his/her own activity;
  • Performs the audit of personnel files and Revisal application & other specific applications.
