Senior iOS Developer

Project Description

We are looking for an iOS developer keen on working at a financial analytics mobile application. The app aims to offer users several charts showing statistics and data for transactions on certain time intervals. Users are able to view their account data aggregated from multiple systems, being provided with meaningful insights on their businesses.

The application is developed natively on both platforms (iOS and Android), with both Backend and Frontend components being developed in-house. The project is written using Swift language (4.2), and follows the latest trends in mobile technologies, with every component being updated regularly.

Responsibilities

• Take the app through all development lifecycle phases
• Assume ownership of various components/layers of the app
• Focus on application performance, robustness, and scalability
• Work closely with the Product Owner, Design Lead, and QA to plan tasks appropriately to have deliverable items at the end of each sprint with accent placed on qualityFollow best practices during the development process
• Understand and bring your contribution to the application architecture
• Actively take part in Scrum Ceremonies
  
  

Mandatory Skills

• Advanced knowledge of working with RESTful APIs and Authentication Mechanisms
• Advanced in Swift 3 and above
• Experience with Foundation, UIKit frameworks
• Understanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelines
• Having deployed and maintained at least one application on the App Store
• Strong knowledge of Git and branching strategies
• Worked with CocoaPods dependency manager
• Very good command of spoken and written English
• Open to working in an agile environment as part of a scrum team
