Senior Analyst, HR Applications - HR Services

What will be your main responsibilities?

 

  • Provide support to country HR, line managers and employees with regards to HR data and systems at global level
  • Participate in UATs and implementation of new systems or tools and/or enhancements of existing systems
  • Analyze data on given processes to produce trends, identify and plan improvement areas
  • Deliver training sessions to country HR regarding Oracle’s global HR tools, processes and procedures
  • Run regular audits on HR data
  • Produce and deliver regular or ad-hoc reports for our stakeholders
  • Deliver or is involved in projects with global visibility

 

Who are we looking for?

REQUIRED SKILLS:

  • Has minimum 3 years’ experience in a multicultural environment
  • Has strong communication skills in English, both verbal and writing
  • Acted as a Subject Matter Expert in one of the previous roles
  • Directly or through others, provides production support for implemented applications; identifies and reports product bugs as needed

·       Has knowledge of support tools used to track issues and enhancements

  • Gathers business specifications with the internal users for the deployment of HR applications
  • Possesses great organizational skills, attention to details, possesses strong analytical skills
  • Has the ability to build strong relationships with HR and cross-functional partners and stakeholders
  • Has strong Office knowledge (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

 

DESIRED SKILLS

 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Excel Macros (VBA)
  • Has experience in project management
  • Has worked previously in system support
