EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS
Consultants are expected to demonstrate a knowledge of business process concepts, system configuration, integration and best practices, to deliver successful projects.
- Demonstrate functional and/or solution experience through the facilitation, implementation and support of SAP products to enhance the clients’ business functionality and overall performance
- Deliver business outcomes by implementing SAP solutions for Hybris Billing / FICA
- Good Knowledge of at least one of the following:
- Subscription order management [SOM] / Sales
- Contract Account Receivable and Payable [FI – CA]
- Financial Customer Care [FCC]
- Utilities Billing & Invoicing
- Good knowledge of Utilities or Telecommunication industry business processes
- Ability to work in an international, virtual and highly diverse team
- Should be willing to travel up to 80%
- 3+ years’ hands-on experience in SAP as Key User or Process Owner
- Participation in a SAP Implementation project is a plus
- Quick Learner, passionate, motivated and self-managed
- Excellent English skills (German would be a big plus)
- Customer-focused, good communication and interpersonal skills
- ABAP / Java Development skills
- German Language
