Salesforce Administrator - Business Apps

Bitdefender is currently seeking a Salesforce administrator to join our Business Applications team in Bucharest, Romania.

Responsibilities: 

·       Provide support to Business by configuring the applications

·       Understand the Business requirements and provide detailed estimates of the level of effort associated to implement capabilities based on business requirements and solution design

·       Prepare User Guides for various newly built functionality within Salesforce.com

·       Produce class diagrams, component diagrams, sequence diagrams and similar documentation

·       Collaborate with Developers & Architects to ensure technical solution designs adhere to architectural strategies of the team

·       May perform system audit and compliance checks related to user access or system data

·       Provide consistent administration and support of Salesforce including but not limited to: managing users, profiles, roles, accounts, contacts, leads, tasks and Territory Management

·       Customization of objects, fields, record types, and page layouts; manage, test, and implement workflow triggers, validation rules, alerts, automated email responses, managing and building reports etc.

·       Troubleshoot problems and manage ongoing support requests from users;

·       Develop and create customized reports and dashboards;

Requirements:  

·       1-2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience

·       Salesforce Certified – Admin Essentials – minimum

·       Salesforce Certified – Advanced Admin – preferred

·       Knowledge of Salesforce Workflows, Process Builder, Visual Flows will be an asset

·       Understanding of object-oriented databases, including SQL queries

·       Experience configuring and developing custom Apex/Visualforce/Lightning code in the areas of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Workflows, Mobile, Single Sign On, API’s and integration to enterprise systems will be an advantage

·       Some experience developing Apex classes, Apex triggers, VisualForce pages and controllers, web services leveraging the Salesforce API in REST and SOAP

·       Experience with a complete software development life cycle

·       Experience on an Agile Scrum project delivered under Continuous Delivery is preferred

·       Advanced MS Excel skills; formulas, macros, pivots etc
