Sales Support Team Manager

Your profile:   

• Min 3 years operational experience with call center/client support processes (experience on similar position is also relevant);

• Min 1 year experience in leading teams (preferable teams with more than 10 members)Pro-active attitude and good communications skills

• Analitical abilities;

• Leadership skills;

• Flexibility and capacity of working independently;

• English – advanced;

• Client oriented;

• MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook etc.) –advanced level.

Your tasks:   

• Coordination and development of the Sales Support team members;
• Reaching the proposed objective ( through SLA and KPI) and implementing the improvement, corections and preventions measures for the situations that can appear;
• Solving and escalation of any problem that can influence the development of the team’s activity;
• Key person for the team in order to help them understand the process;
• Continous development through professional trainings;
• Participanting in operational meeting with the management team;
• Organizing and delivering the professional trainings, operational meetings with team members;
• Adjust and follows the implementation and improvement of the process;
• Creates and maintan a coresponding working environment;
• Efficient communication with the sales support teams in other countries;
• Sending different reports to superiors and/or other affiliated project departments;
• Drafting activity reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and sending them to the person involved in the project;
• Reaching the proposed objective ( through SLA and KPI) and implementing the improvement, corections and preventions measures for the situations that can appear;
• Ensures the adherence to the procedures and the internal regulation by all team members;
• Checks and approves the monthly time sheet;
• Evaluates the performance of the team members.
