Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the Sales Operations Supervisor acts as the team leader and process owner of operations, procedures and related IT tools within Garrett. In alignment with the department strategy, the function supports operational and process excellence, people development and continuous improvements initiatives.

Job responsibilities

Operations & Processes
  • Responsible for order-to-invoice operations including material, customer master data and pricing management.
  • Ensure master data (customers, products, pricing...) quality and consistency with ERP.
  • Ensure compliance of the order-to-invoice operations: TAX flows, trade, internal approval flows, etc.;
  • Maintain effective operations and productivity by ensuring accurate work procedures and workflows;
  • Identifies and execute opportunities for administrative process improvement, remove waste and non-value-added steps in the flow of administrative work. Coordinate within the teams the implementation of changes;
  • Ensure compliance of customer requirements for tooling asset management. Be the interface between key stakeholders and the Customer management and Tooling teams;
  • Design and implement new reports and dashboards to monitor and report out sales operational performance.
  • Ensure digital asset collection development by maintain up-to-date tooling database Collect all information and details of the tooling project including capacity, tooling breakdown, vendors, tagging requirements, project milestones and timeline;
  • Work closely with Purchase Admin, buyers and tooling suppliers to assure that the purchased tooling and equipment meet customer requirements.
  • Ensure all necessary tagging instructions are provided accurately on time and request corrections when needed.
  • Ensure collection and validation of tooling documents (details and pictures) from suppliers as requested by each customer timely and accurately (at agreed milestones of the process).
  • Ensure submission of documentation for customer approval through web based portals (where the case) or prepare a presentation (ppt, pdf).
  • Send and monitor invoice request to Sales Admin upon confirmation from internal Customer Team and customer approvals.
  • Manage monthly and ad hoc meetings with suppliers/departments involved in tooling process.
  • Maintain accurately and timely reports and data base related to CFT.
  • Follow-up on Rail and ensure closure of actions cross-functionally and inside the CFT team
Team Leadership
  • Organize responsibilities within the team for the execution of the departmental plans.
  • Develop, mentor and empower the teams.
  • Promote a continuous improvement culture and involve team in kaizen events: discuss suggestions, complains, feedback and translate those into initiatives.
Cross-functional Cooperation
  • Ensures the resolution of customer issues by coordinating with Sales, Operations, Supply Chain Management, and other internal and/or external teams.
  • Arrange and lead meetings with key stakeholders, drive resolutions and prepare escalation meetings when needed. Document and follow up on the action plan;
  • Act as the sales operations process owner across functions and regions and develop a collaborative support system (MOS) with other departments;
YOU MUST HAVE

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent.

WE VALUE

4+ year experience in sales administration, customer service, order-to-cash operations, tooling administration in an international organization

2+ year experience in a team management position

High level of flexibility and autonomy

Proven track record on coordinating, following up and executing action plans

Strongly process oriented: Green Belt – a plus

Language skills: English – a must, French – a plus

Experience with SAP system is a must
