The position of Sales Analyst is a 2 years determinate contract in our Business Intelligence department, working with people from all ours EMEA sites.

Responsibility
  • Responsible for the documentation of the car sales, process and coordination;
  • Generates weekly/monthly sales report to management team
  • Manages Global Receivables;
  • Monitors, manages and maintains the master list of prices upon KAM demand and information, in accordance with internal procedures;
  • Manages sales and margin per customer and key drivers dashboard by reference Preparation and maintenance
  • Evidence of records for all sales team objectives and actual sales
  • As part of the Sales team, liaises with NPI, Marketing, Finance, AME, design and production departments on sales related issues;
  • Support for improving profitability through a detailed analysis of major accounts sales;
  • Evidence of the improvement actions of the sales processes and activities, makes proposals
  • Take charge of correspondence with potential / existing clients on behalf and for the sales team members globally;
  • Contributes and supports sales KAM plan
  • Participates to funnel meetings, if necessary, as well as to planning and delivering annual plans and accounts;
  • Supports for other activities, according to the directions set by the Sales excellence leader

Qualifications
  • Bachelor degree in economics
  • 1-3 years experience in sales / sales support, including customer service experience, experience in the automotive industry is an advantage;
  • Strong planning and prioritization skills;
  • Capable of multi-tasking, responsible, direct, result-oriented and willing to work under pressure, able to fit in deadlines;
  • Accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Solid knowledge of MS Office;
  • Proficiency in English
