Inviting applications for the role of SME RTR:


As Genpact prepares itself to leapfrog into the fast paced environment of Lean Digital and Technological advances, we require leaders who can spear head this change in the Accounts Payable environment.

The focus of this role would be to primarily provide consulting and solution leadership for large and medium scale Genpact clients. This would involve strategy development, infusion of technology elements, delivering disruptive transformation ideas and seamless implementation. The identified person should be a thought leader, a key influencer and an inspiring mentor to the team.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead R2R discussions with clients as a subject matter expert
  • Design RTR solutions for new deals, participate in due diligences
  • Design solutions for process migrations from client locations to SSCs. Assist operations teams during migrations with trainings, clarifications, tool implementations
  • Actively engage with CEO, CFO, global controllers to understand process pain points and display knowledge on how to drive improvements through technology, changes in policies and business flows
  • Participate in proposals, transformation projects and other assignments. Run interviews with process owners, create process maps, improvement roadmaps, service placement catalogues, power point presentations with findings and solutions
  • Lead harmonization and standardization projects for various clients
  • Create case studies,  RTR capability documents and other collaterals that can be leveraged by the global RTR community and sales

 

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications/skills

  • CA / MBA (Finance) with 7+ years with RTR domain experience (Accounting and Reporting, Auditing)
  • Experience in at least 2 companies (Consumer Product / Manufacturing /Pharmaceuticals /Automotive / Technology) + Consulting/BPO/SSC experience a significant plus
  • Exposure to various tools and technologies specific to finance (ERPs, workflows, reconciliation tools and consolidation). Experience in implementation appreciated
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a cross cultural environment
  • Ability to work with ambiguity and come up with solutions or directions
  • Influencing skills, crisp argumentation, creative thinking/innovative mind-set
  • Facilitation and presentation skills
  • Commercially savvy and ability to interact with CXO level
  • English proficiency, any additional language a big plus
  • Travel availability 50-60% time (mostly Europe)
