Retail Trainer

 The CBG (Consumer Business Group) is hiring! We are looking for Trainer responsible for undertaking training, developing and implementing training plans, driving sales and creating brand awareness through the training activities.

Training activity coordination

• Manage training projects - includes drafting the yearly and monthly roll out plans, developing training content, evaluating the training performance of field team and providing feedback and activity reporting  regularly.
• Exploit joint training opportunities with carriers, channel sellers and retailers.

Content development

• Create the training content, ensure it is engaging and relevant to the various audiences.
  
• Create training videos for our social channels
  
• Review existing training materials to determine appropriateness and relevance to local market, adaptation using local examples or feedback from sales staff, end consumers 

Training Delivery

·         Maintain an expert understanding of Huawei products, serving as the lead trainer. Participate in online seminars/ self-study / product testing/ talking with regional experts/ online research

·         Asses training and development needs of Huawei field team, help them to develop their training skills and product knowledge

·         Deliver product & sales training to internal teams, agencies, retail floor salesmen, B2B salesmen or end consumers

·         Identify new and engaging training methods (e-learning/ classroom/ events)

·         Improve training experience for participants through innovative ideas

Required competencies and abilities:

·         Min 5 years experience as Trainer /Training manager

·         Engaging and energetic

·         Strong communication & networking skills

·         Experienced and confident within carrying out business conversations

·         Strong understanding of training techniques, analytical and perfectionist

·         Project management and time management skills are a necessity

·         Proficient with Microsoft Office - particularly PowerPoint

·         Driving license

The job requires availability to travel min. 50% of the time.
