The Bucharest based centre started its operation in 2014. Now it serves as a centre for excellence in Technology, Customer Service, Fraud, Security Services and Finance hub. Our Technology department is focused on Enterprise Product and Services, Infrastructure Management, Applications Operations and Customer Service Desk.

Using state of the art technologies, we are offering hi-tech solutions to Vodafone clients in 6 European markets.

The Budapest based centre started its operation in 2007. Now it serves as a Financial, Enterprise, Business Intelligence, HR and Sourcing HUB, continuously focusing on supporting and improving processes in 29 countries and offering solutions to 150+ Vodafone Enterprise Customers.

Your day to day

Secure VSS the human resources needed to deliver its strategy and sustain VSS as an Employer of Choice by attracting and selecting the best internal and external candidates in a balanced, consistent, transparent way and by providing the most appropriate expertise on processes and tools.

With these activities you will have a great impact on our business

  • Provide recruitment and selection solutions specific to his/her area of expertise and develop resourcing projects to respond to business needs;
  • Secure the best possible talent for all vacancies, within agreed SLAs;
  • Uses the most appropriate searching methods in order to attract the best candidates ;
  • Recommend appropriate recruitment and selection tools and any necessary improvements to the existing tools and programs;
  • Provide advice related to his/her area of work to internal customers, business partners and HR management team;

With these skills you are a great candidate:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a recruitment role
  • Experienced in recruiting methodologies e.g. interview, assessment centres, psychometric testing etc.
  • Graduate – with a degree in Business or HR related subject.
  • Recruitment related assessment accreditation (eg. SHL) would be desirable.
