A young researcher position (Ph.D. student) is available in the research team of the project The factorization problem for Hopf algebras and related fields. The research activity will focus on the study of the factorization problem for groups, Hopf algebras or Lie algebras.
The working period is up to 20 months, funded from the project PN-III-P1-1.1-TE-2016-0124.
The occupancy rate for the duration of the project is 50% of a full-time position. The candidates are asked to submit the following documents to the IMAR secretary by January 28, 2019: CV (including a list of publications), one letter of reference and photocopies of undergraduate diplomas (bachelor diploma together with the undergraduate transcript, master diploma). Skills/Qualifications
Familiarity with at least one of the following subjects is necessary: group theory, Hopf algebras, Lie algebras.
