Your new role 
Hays Romania is looking to expand the local operations and grow the team based in Bucharest.
We seek talented individuals, real experts in recruitment industry (technical and IT sectors) with sales experience, who are attracted by the idea of contributing to the Romanian office launch.

What you'll need to succeed 

Your responsibilities will include (but not be limited to):

  •  developing new business opportunities with clients  
  •  building strong relationships with clients, key account management
  •  formulate recruitment strategies and managing end-to-end recruitment projects within your specialism    and client portfolio
  •  candidate sourcing, interviewing, admin and selection process management
  •  develop a strong candidate network and market expertise on your specialism
  •  daily cooperation with other Hays divisions (local and international level), active participation in tenders, new projects, professional events
