Role Description
• Being part of a team across 3 locations, your role is to partner with a team of Recruiters, Hiring Managers and Interviewers by delivering an exceptional experience for the candidates and the stakeholders above throughout the interviewing and hiring process.
• Creating & delivering employment contracts & new hire packs as part of the pre-onboarding stages across the EMEA region, whilst working closely with the Onboarding Success Specialist.
What you’ll do
• The Recruitment Admin Assistant’s time will be spent across three key areas; Candidate Management, Client Management and Talent Operations projects.
• Simultaneously support multiple Recruiters to manage the candidate flow through interviews, offer and hiring.
• Manage complex candidate interview scheduling for phone screens, in-person and remote interviews, and panel interviews. This may include travel arrangements for candidates.
• Audit offer and candidate information to ensure data accuracy for a smooth new hire integration process.
• Prepare and send employment contracts & new hire packs.
• Work with the Data Operations team to ensure the candidate is hired accurately into Workday and create the new hire files.
• Identify opportunities to streamline or enhance processes and procedures, as well as offer viable solutions.
• Participate and support other Talent Operations as necessary, including University Talent, Global Mobility, and Employment Branding
Requirements
• English and French language skills (Able to speak and write at a medium or advanced level)
• Prior recruitment, HR or administrational experience
• Able to work efficiently; has a natural sense of urgency; effectively allocates time to handle multiple demands and competing priorities.
