Your new role

Based on our dynamic growth and key Client contract wins, Hays has current requirements for an On-site Recruiter, to be based in Bucharest.

Working in the position of On-site Recruiter you will assume responsibility for the entire recruitment process. Your role will be to work closely with Hiring Managers in Romania, to understand their immediate and future recruitment requirements, devise, develop and deliver candidate attraction strategies and effectively manage the talent pool of candidates. This will include conducting telephone interviews, short-listing appropriate candidates and managing the offer process whilst ensuring that the recruitment targets are met.

What you’ll need to succeed

We are looking for multilingual and dynamic professionals who are currently working in a Recruitment environment. You will:

• Be a motivated self-starter who has the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
• Enjoy working with people and have the ability to interact with clients in a professional manner
• Be customer service and delivery focused
• Have a high level of detail orientation and be comfortable working to tight deadlines

As a member of the International Staffing/HR Team you need to be fluent in English and Romanian. In addition you will need to be a confident communicator who can build up excellent relationships with candidates and clients. Previous experience in recruitment agency or RPO company is essential.
