The Role

Based on our dynamic growth and key Client contract wins, Hays has current requirements for an On-site Recruitment Partner, to be based in Bucharest.

Working in the position of On-site Recruiter you will assume responsibility for the entire recruitment process.. Duties and responsibilities will include and not limited to:

• you will be working closely with Hiring Managers in Romania, to understand their immediate and future recruitment requirements
• devise, develop and deliver candidate attraction strategies
  
• effectively manage the talent pool of candidates
  
• you will be identifying improvement areas, proactively suggesting and driving changes aimed at process optimization and driving the recruitment processes in order to deliver top quality candidates in a timely manner.

•  Dynamic professionals who are currently working in a staffing environment and wishing to progress into a key client management role
  
• Previous experience in recruitment agency or RPO company is essential
  
• Experience in dealing with very senior stakeholders in an international environment is a big asset 
  
• You need to be fluent in English and in Romanian
  
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple tasks
• Must be a team player with a good positive attitude
• Accurate data entry and proven IT Skills (MS Office, Outlook)
• Experience of chasing information in a confident professional manner
• Ability to follow processes and meet SLAs and deadlines
• Proven experience of building and maintaining relationships: internal and external
