We’re on a mission to bring the best technical talent to Adobe. Through this opportunity you’ll be able make key contributions in strategizing and ensuring successful hiring practices for Adobe's Engineering offices in EMEA.

What You’ll Do


  • Manage relationships with engineering managers to create hiring strategies and drive successful execution for the organization
  • Own and drive 20-25 active requisitions at various phases of the hiring cycle at any given time
  • Identify, screen and present exceptional diverse talent pools
  • Influence & guide hiring leaders to leverage best practices in hiring
  • Provide ad-hoc reporting to leaders and stakeholders as needed
  • Position Adobe as an employer of choice
  • Consult with the business by understanding market drivers, competitive landscape and alignment to client needs

  • Partner closely with allied HRBPs, Compensation and Finance team members to provide a holistic ecosystem of client support


What You Need To Succeed

  • Previous relevant experience recruiting software development roles
  • Must be proficient in written and spoken English.
  • Thorough knowledge of technology industry landscapes and trends
  • Ability to build credibility with hiring managers to consult and influence
  • Passion for innovative sourcing and recruitment techniques with a focus on providing a white-glove experience to clients and candidates
  • Interpersonal skills must include excellent oral and written communication skills and a focus on customer service.
  • The candidate must have a business focused attitude with good judgment and able to prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment.
  • The candidate must be a team player and also able to self-start and work independently.
