Project Procurement Manager

Mackenzie Stuart are proud to be working in partnership with a leading Oil and Gas operator who offer their services across Europe. This continually growing organisation have tasked us with searching for a Project Procurement Lead for an urgent upcoming position.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the implementation of project procurement processes within assigned projects, for interface management within the clients project.
• Responsible set up of Project Supply Plans and planning of the project procurement schedule for the projects assigned
• Plausibility check for the following services to be provided by the engineering office:
  • Tenders
  • Specification/ release of short lists
  • Comparison of bids/ awarding recommendation
• Preparation of an awarding proposition/ an awarding decision after agreement by the project leader and with head of CPP
• Motivation, coordination and leadership of project procurement team
• Regular project reporting to Head of CPP and Project Management of the assigned projects.

Requirements:

• 10 years of project procurement experience
• Fluency in English – Romanian and German Advantageous
• Knowledge of all relevant possibilities of IT application.
• Experience in the application of project management tools and methods
• Availability for business travel within the group and to the according supply markets
