We are looking for a Process Improvement Manager (Corporate Lending) in our Bucharest team.

·        Identify and implement process improvement efforts under dedicated Program and within sound process improvement accepted methodology and practices. Take responsibility and accountability for the successful and on time implementation of the projects assigned within the defined Roadmap;

 

·         Identify, plan and follow-up on implementation of key initiatives to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and improve cycle time by reducing wasted time, rework, etc. resulting in significant business improvement and customer satisfaction for specific End-to-End Processes of the bank.

 

 

What are we looking for?

 

·         > 5 years working experience in financial industry;

·         Proven experience on implementing Lean 6/sigma projects (min 3 years);

·         Very good understanding of banking/financial services processes, preferably within corporate lending area;

·         Proven experience on conducting End to End process optimization projects within different domains using Lean/ Six Sigma methodology, acting as a Project Manager, in cooperation with various actors involved in the E2E processes;

·         Demonstrates ability to understand/identify customer needs and have experience in building customer journey maps;

·         Experienced in developing target processes by applying zero based design methodology;

·         Preferably have previous experience working within Agile oriented teams, contributing with Lean/ Six Sigma expertise;

·         Ability to coach employees on process expertise and Lean/ Six Sigma methodology;

·         Excellent presentation skills (both in building support material in power point and delivering);

·         Excellent communication skills;

·         Excellent structuring and synthesis capabilities;

·         Able to handle cooperation with difficult profiles and constructively challenge the status quo;  

·         Problem solving skills, solution orientated;

·         Increased level of autonomy in managing complex topics;
