What you will be doing


90% of your time you will:

  • Answer phone calls and chats from existing customers, help them with the remote application installation;
  • Attempt cross selling other services from the portfolio;
  • Help end users understand software.

10% of your time you will:

  • Respond to emails from customers;
  • Maintain skills required for specialization in computing;
  • Actively seek opportunities to increase and leverage skills.

Responsibilities


  • Offer phone and chat assistance to existing customers;
  • Perform remote assessments of customers’ systems to determine if cross selling another service is feasible;
  • Promote the Bitdefender services to customers (to reach the allocated sales quota);
  • Ensure all the established KPIs are reached – sales quota, phone and chat availability, customer experience index;
  • Handle Helpdesk tickets and work flow, providing timely updates to both clients and tickets on a routine basis;
  • Collect and share customer feedback with the other teams involved in the support process;
  • Determine users’ technical needs and provide them with appropriate solutions.


Qualifications


  • Excellent command of the English language (both written and spoken);
  • Customer oriented attitude;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Initiative and proactivity;
  • Medium knowledge about common operating systems;
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well under pressure;
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to multi-task.

You will be working also on extended weekends order to ensure the Bitdefender business objectives, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
