The Building Technologies Division is a leading global provider of safe, energy-efficient and environmentally friendly building and infrastructure technologies.

The Division offers solutions for fire safety, security, building automation, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) as well as energy management

Your new role - challenging and future -oriented
  • To develop and maintain network of customers and partners, and implement the sales strategy;
  • To present to the customers the commercial and technical offers regarding the specific products;
  • Visit the partners and new customers business purpose;
  • To collaborate with partners, finding new sales channels, in order to increase the sales volume;
  • To participate to the marketing and promotion activities for specific products;
  • Check the competitors behavior, finding niches and initiating decisive sales strategies and actions;
  • To prepare technical and commercial offers;
  • To offering advice and support for clients before and after sales process;
  • Ensure conformity of technical and contractual offers;
  • Translate technical documentation
Your Qualifications - Solid And Appropriate
  • You are university graduate (preferably in Automation, Electro-mechanical installations);
  • You have at least 3 years experience in a similar position;
  • You have solid technical knowledge for fire safety, security, building automation, heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) as well as energy management;
  • You have strong Romanian and English language skills;
  • You have relevant HVAC sales experience within Romanian market;
  • Strong ability to estimate/evaluate clients/market;
  • Presentation skills;
