Leroy Merlin Romania is looking for a driven and results oriented Performance Manager to join us! This role will optimize results through best practice implementation, continuous improvement, knowledge, competency sharing and mentoring the managers within the Purchasing Department. A successful candidate will be comfortable with how to use numbers and has ample experience analyzing and mining data. Also, the candidate we are looking for has proven team management experience and is well-known for his / her genuine interest in developing, motivating and inspiring teams.

What you do:


  • Lead, develop and motivate the team;
  • Facilitate the 3 year commercial plan elaboration together with the managers within the Purchasing Department;
  • Responsible of building the budget of the Purchasing Department and the investment plan;
  • Responsible of following the travel expenses for the Purchasing Department;
  • Provide support to the Purchasing Department managers to define and develop the commercial strategy (commercial department, collections file, procurement forecasts);
  • Analyze the performance indicators of the commercial departments (at the product level, product range level, department level);
  • Participate in the KPIs definition, development and animation of the Purchasing Department dashboard;
  • Get involved in projects related to the automation and development of IT systems and work processes;
  • Develop the LMRO work procedures and makes sure they are well known by all the colleagues.
