Performance Excellence Analyst

This role will be the key business partner and single point of coordination to support the implementation, measurement, root cause analysis, communication and continuous improvement of the process metrics for all towers in GBS (OTC, RTR, PTP, MD, HTR)

Key Responsibilities

• Implements and maintains the Performance Excellence Framework across all functions and BUs serviced by GBS.
• Supports the operational teams in GBS through the identification of relevant metrics, setting up of calculation methods, maintenance of trackers and analysis against targets.
• Partners with the tower dedicated subject matter experts in enabling quality root cause analysis for the results.
• Builds and maintains strong partnerships with GBS team and Business Units in order to communicate the metrics results and drive results improvements.
• Drives any continuous improvement initiatives in terms of optimising the calculation and relevancy of the metrics.

EDUCATION

• University Degree with a Business focus

SKILLS & RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE

• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking capabilities
• Advanced SAP and Excel knowledge
• Previous experience in managing KPIs frameworks
• Previous experience in a shared service
• Sets high standards of behavior for the organization, serves as a role model for MOLSON COORS GBS values and work practices
