Main tasks and responsibilities:

• Application and account administration for OSS systems
• Life cycle management of OSS applications (responsible for roadmaps, upgrades, patches, further developments)
• Customer relationship management
• User acceptance testing
• Software implementation

Requirements:

• High level knowledge of the telecoms network necessary
• Very good knowledge of databases, Oracle, SQL, PL/SQL, Unix, shell script, XML, SOAP, Windows Server, Backup- recovery systems, HTML
• English speaking is a must, German is welcome
