As our Original Equipment Service Business Development Manager you will have global responsibilites for Turbocharger service parts product management (pricing, taxes with Original Equipment (OE) who agree on targets, etc.) and supporting the Original Equipment Customer Team and those sales professionals with the data and support they need as they build the offers. As part of our team, you will have the chance to define global rules, contracts and practices.
Main responsibilities include:
OES Contracting rule definition and control globally
• Propose the rules that go into OE contracts, profitability and pricing
• Participate, on request, in specific sales support items as part of negotiations with Customers, yet those negotiations are driven by the OE customer management sales leaders
• Ensure consistency on OE contracting rules is applied across OE Customer Teams
• Is the go to person for all Customer team activities related to these topics
• Align actions and report with all regions and the Aftermarket Line of Business
• Establish supply chain protocols for each customer to maximize value pricing and effective processes
• Elaborate OE pricing and offer strategies for all OE Customer Teams
• Manage the sales forecast for OES
• Capture value and margin improvement on OES business
• Contribute with OE Customer Teams to Revenue and Margin targets as set in AOP (Annual Operating Plan)
IAM Contract negotiations and project sponsoring
• Provide support to the OE Sales leaders in how they negotiate aftermarket access rules and contracts with all customers
• Participate in supporting the Customer Team to negotiations with all customer at bidding stage, at the request of the OE Customer Team
• Lead VPD Phase 0 (the first stage in our internal new product introduction process) of project to gain aftermarket access if contractually constrained
YOU MUST HAVE
• Bachelor’s Degree
• Fluent in English, both written as well as verbally
• Demonstrated business acumen and strategic insight into customer needs
• Strong Customer focus with the ability to influence decision makers at senior customer level.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to manage upwards, influence across functions, and build collaborative customer relationships
• Extensive experience working in a similar position in a multinational environment

• Understands all aspect impacting the OES business channel for turbos (Sales, Financials, ISC, Engineering)
