Hays Romania is looking to expand the local operations and grow the team based in Bucharest. We are looking for a new colleague to join as an Office Coordinator.

Your new role

Your main tasks will include to manage the reception (visits, answering phones, etc), to support organising the Staff/Office Meetings and business trips (flights, hotels, trains). Also, you will be responsible for general administrative tasks, processing and responsibility for petty cash, the security of the office (access rights, etc.). Last but not least, you will be handling marketing related topics.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience in managing a reception desk and/or back office
  • Knowledge of admin processes & tools
  • Ability to co-ordinate suppliers and getting things done effectively
  • Good command in English language
  • Precise and resourceful
  • Ability to work alone
