The Receptionist for Exiger Diligence provides support to the team of researchers at our Bucharest, Romania office location. The Receptionist ensures a well-maintained working environment and provides administrative support to team members and visitors to the office.

This is a full-time position with working hours of 9:00am – 6:00 pm (with one hour lunch break)
The Receptionist for Exiger Diligence provides support to the team of researchers at our Bucharest, Romania office location. The Receptionist ensures a well-maintained working environment and provides administrative support to team members and visitors to the office.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with global team members who are visiting our Bucharest office
- Share best practices with Exiger employees who may be visiting the Bucharest office such as; preferred transportation, hotels, access to the building and other advice as needed
- Serve as primary liaison to building management and facilities for all issues related to the physical condition of the office space
- Inventory, order, and distribute kitchen supplies – coffee, tea, creamer, sweetener, napkins, paper towels, disposable plates and utensils, cups, beverages for vending machine, etc.
- Inventory, order, and distribute office supplies (including Exiger branded items) for individual and communal use
- Greet visitors to the office and connect them with the team member they are meeting with
- Answer incoming phone calls and transfer to the appropriate team member
- Receive incoming mail and packages and arrange payment and pick-up for outgoing mail and packages
- Place food orders for special meetings or events
- Regularly inspect common areas for tidiness. If necessary, coordinate with building management for removal of excess trash, etc.
- Review conference rooms’ meeting schedules daily and ensure conference rooms are presentable and adequately stocked with supplies – papers, pens, cups, etc.
- Other special projects and duties as assigned
