Merchant Support Specialist

Job Description
  • Checks the documents of the companies applying for partner by making the necessary inquiries into the external registers and the systems. Issues an opinion and prepares the documentation for subsequent approval;
  • Prepares partner agreements, annexes, notification letters, powers of attorney and other documents. Organizes and controls their signing;
  • Participates in the organization of promotions and promotional campaigns for partners;
  • Regularly calculates the payment of commissions to the partners. Processes and controls their payment;
  • Provides assistance and information to credit agents, advising them on credit products offered;
  • Prepares daily and periodical reports on the contracts concluded by the credit intermediaries, insurance and the fulfillment of other purposes;
  • Keeps and maintains an up-to-date credit intermediary register;
  • Keeps records of the merchant documents.

Requirements

Skills and Abilities:
  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Adequate knowledge of organizational effectiveness
  • Familiarity with business and financial principles and practices
  • Able to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrable problem solvency skills
  • Able to work effectively under tight deadlines
  • Adaptability and flexibility especially in a rapidly changing environment
  • University degree
  • Good knowledge of English
