The Challenge
First step towards process automation journey is to create centralized teams responsible to build, run and
maintain automated processes. An ICT Architecture Team and an Automation "MAKE " CoE, serving UniCredit Group, will enable automation industrialized approach, building a strong framework to increase and scale up process automations. Key success factor is to combine together process analysis and automation competencies within the Automation CoE (Process & Automation Engineers).
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
Identify automation opportunities on business processes
Manage automation assessment to evaluate eligibility for automation
Conduct detailed process analysis, identifying process optimization and automation (process reengineering)
Definitions on steps to be automatized
Business requirements gathering
Establishing metrics to measure as-is and to-be process including the performance of the process automations
Benefits certification and process consolidation
Qualification and competencies:
- Strong analytical mind, problem solving and reengineering competencies
- Strong process mapping background
- Good understanding of the automation software capabilities used for automation
- Basic knowledge of automation limits and constraints
- Lean Six Sigma training and continuous improvement
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Business Analyst
- Knowledge of UniCredit Group framework is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in both written & verbal English and work experience in a global/multicultural environment
